Mike has significant experience in the water damage restoration industry, and he enjoys helping customers overcome challenging water damage and air quality issues using an analytical, purpose-aligned, and people-first approach.

Rick understands the importance of maintaining clean, safe and productive environments in customer organizations, and he uses his skills to identify areas for improvement, implement efficient protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Kelly applies over two decades of experience from the tech and healthcare industries to her consultation approach to building strong client relationships. She specializes in working with teams to find the right solutions for every customer partner with whom she works.

With expertise in restoration, construction and cleaning, plus experience as an ISSA training specialist and at the Restoration Technical Institute; TJ plays a pivotal role enhancing education programs to equip facilities with the knowledge and skills needed to excel.

Mike’s 10 years of facility management experience spans operations for the Federal Government to higher education and retail. His insights from daily challenges uniquely position him to assess a facility's preparedness and empower its teams.

As former president of a commercial cleaning corporation and ISSA Workloading and Benchmarking Committee council member, Jodie showcases strong strategic leadership, operational analysis, and the implementation of industry best practices tailored to each organization's specific needs.

Denise’s diverse expertise across custodial, facilities and property management in public and private educational institutions, commercial facilities and housing sectors enables her to identify process gaps in facilities to effectively reduce risks and costs.

With a background in higher education, insurance, and other industries, Stephanie uses her project management skills to navigate facility challenges by prioritizing people, processes and logistics to dramatically improve outcomes.

Given a solid background in Higher Education, Rachel understands the importance of clear communication to improve the visibility and understanding of facility management initiatives.

With over 20 years of leading teams in the healthcare, industrial, and service arenas, Joe is committed to ensuring that every customer interaction adds value and is a seamless experience. From streamlining outreach to optimizing support, his focus is on helping customers succeed through smarter solutions, faster response, and long-term partnership.

With over 20 years of experience, Pat is a seasoned corporate trainer in water damage. His real-world based teaching empowers teams with the practical knowledge and skills essential for effective facility management.

Drawing on 25 years of consulting in customer and operational management, process improvements, organizational development, and training, Tim specializes in implementing standardized systems for achieving higher positivity, productivity, and profitability in facilities.

As Chief Commercial Officer for the Ready 2 Respond program, Russ oversees its strategy and direction.  He previously served as CFO of Legend Brands and spent over 30 years with Moss Adams LLP, a large regional public accounting firm, where he served as an Assurance and Consulting partner specializing in manufacturing and distribution companies.
